Additional information regarding our support and response times

We strive to provide our clients with extremely responsive IT Support no matter which method our clients prefer to use to reach out to us. With that being said, our recommendation for clients to receive the quickest response is to submit a support request above as this ticketing system is monitored much more often than other platforms (such as Slack, email and so on). Please note that we DO NOT offer any support over text messaging. If you are an existing client and you are experiencing an emergency situation or something that is very time sensitive, we ask that you call our support number (also listed above), and if we are unable to answer your call please leave a detailed voicemail message regarding the issue you are experiencing. Even if this is outside of our business hours we promise to respond as quickly as we can to any true emergency. All of our clients have guaranteed response times in their agreements and that is something very important to us so we work very hard to exceed the expectations that have been set.
